Rachel Wonder is the Head of Business Development & Investor Relations at BTC Management, where she leads the firm's capital-raising, investor communications, and client relationship initiatives. Known for her client-centric philosophy and data-driven approach to engagement, Rachel brings a record of building high-impact relationships with executives, founders, and institutional decision-makers.

Before joining BTC Management, Rachel spent a decade at the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia, most recently as Director of Membership & Business Development. There, she advised senior leaders across Fortune 500 companies and high-growth start-ups and became the Chamber's all-time sales record holder across monthly, quarterly, and annual performance in its 225-year history. As department head, she led a high-performing team, mentoring professionals in relationship management while implementing new sales strategies and enablement tools that drove record results.

Rachel previously held roles at leading art institutions—including the Brooklyn Museum, Christie's, Leslie Feely Fine Art, Reynolda House Museum of American Art, and the Newark Museum—where she managed VIP relationships, donor engagement, and program development. Since 2015, she and her husband have also operated a boutique luxury-travel agency, further deepening her expertise in high-touch client service.

She holds a Master's degree from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from Wake Forest University. Rachel serves on the Board of Directors of The Fabric Workshop & Museum, a contemporary art museum in Philadelphia. An avid traveler, she resides in New York with her husband and two children.

Mr. Slemp is a longstanding entrepreneur with success rooted in the technology sector. Having first interfaced with Bitcoin near its inception, he transitioned to full-time focus on Bitcoin as a career pursuit beginning in 2015, establishing himself as an early ecosystem participant with over a decade of dedicated involvement.

He was an early pioneer in developing grid balancing strategies with utilities through Bitcoin mining and is likely one of the only mining operations to have received a government grant for doing so. This deep operational knowledge of Bitcoin's production economics, combined with a deep philosophical conviction for Bitcoin, creates the foundation for success at BTC Management.

With over 35 years of proven leadership as an Operations Manager, Mr. Schreiner brings a wealth of experience in P&L oversight, strategic growth, and delivering consistent, profitable results across multiple industries. He offers both seasoned business insight and a strong understanding of regional economic trends.

Mr. Schreiner is known for his principled decision-making, strong conviction, and commitment to integrity—all qualities that guide his approach to modern asset management, including emerging digital assets such as Bitcoin. His Bitcoin deep dive occurred in the winter of 2020 when he encountered the solution to the fiat dilemma. After several months of discovery, he came to the conclusion that Bitcoin is the most sound money the world has ever known and changed his financial trajectory to focus on the universe's most pristine asset.

Mr. Schreiner provides strategic guidance on Bitcoin investment strategies, drawing from his extensive operations management background and deep conviction in Bitcoin as sound money. Married for 40 years and a father of four, he brings a balanced, disciplined perspective to navigating today's evolving financial landscape.
